FlexNet® Introductory Series
The FlexNet® Introductory Series introduces new customers to the Sensus FlexNet® communication network. It includes an overview of FlexNet® features and tools, user roles and responsibilities, RNI system components, Sensus Launch Pad applications, and the Sensus Analytics™ application (optional).

FlexNet® Administrator
The FlexNet® Administrator class provides guidance and instruction to new customers in the administrator role in water, gas, and/or electric service utilities, on performing daily monitoring and maintenance tasks for a FlexNet® communication network, including those for securing the network, configuring and managing RNI system operation, and FlexNet® components.

FlexNet® Operator
Provides guidance and instruction to new customers in the operator role in water, gas, and/or electric utilities, on performing daily monitoring and maintenance tasks for a FlexNet® communication network, including meters, base stations, and RNI system components, when used in an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) environment.
Audience: FlexNet® Operators

Sensus Analytics
Educates utility personnel on how to use the Sensus Analytics software to prepare and export validated meter reading data to their billing system, monitor consumption and device status, perform remote actions on two-way devices.

Meter Installation
Meter Installation Class Descriptions
The Meter Installation education and training solution introduces new customers to software configuration and field information required for successful meter installation. It includes creating installation bundles, preparing handheld devices for field use, as well as installation recommendations for both meters and SmartPoints.

Automated Meter Reading (AMR)
Educates utility personnel on how to use the Sensus Automated Meter Reading (AMR) Walk-By system to perform remote set-up, verification of the AMR system components, meter reading functions using AutoRead, HandHeld operations, and field site skill verification.

Educates utility personnel on how to use the Sensus Automated Meter Reading (AMR) Walk-By/Drive-By system to perform remote set-up, verification of the AMR system components, meter reading functions using AutoRead, HandHeld operations, Vehicle Gateway Base station (VGB), the AutoVu program, and field site skill verification.
